Advisory Reports
An Advisory Report is a companion document to a Display Energy Certificate (DEC). It provides practical recommendations to improve a building’s energy efficiency and reduce energy costs.
While a DEC gives a building an efficiency rating based on past energy use, the Advisory Report identifies opportunities for improvement, helping organisations reduce their carbon footprint.
